The Suzuki SX4 was developed by a collaborative effort between the Japanese manufacturer Suzuki and Fiat, an Italian car manufacturer. As such, the SX4 comes with the luxuries of a European car and the affordability of a Japanese car. It’s alternatively known as the SX4 S-CROSS and SX4-CROSSOVER in various markets. It has been in production since 2006 and is available both a saloon and a hatchback. It joined Suzuki’s lineup of compact SUVs that include the Escudo and Jimny. The SX4 is not very popular in Kenya and it’s been overshadowed by it’s competitors such as the Nissan Dualis, Mitsubishi RVR, Subaru XV and Nissan Juke. Nonetheless, the SX4 is a well built car that boasts of superb safety ratings and excellent fuel economy.
