The Nissan Elgrand is a luxury Van from 1997 to present and it closely competes with the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire. Before the arrival of the Alphard and the Vellfire, it reigned supreme in the luxury van category and its only competitors were Germany vans such as Mercedes Benz Viano and VW Transporter/Caravelle.
