2017 Nissan Sylphy Review

The Nissan Sylphy is a compact car that debuted in 2000 as the successor to the Nissan Pulsar. It offers an excellent blend of luxury and economy, making it ideal for city commuters and people with small households. In other markets, it is sold as the Almera, Sunny, and Sentra. Until 2012 it was known as the Nissan Bluebird Sylphy before the Bluebird name was dropped. It competes with the Toyota Premio, Toyota Allion, Mitsubishi Galant Fortis, and Mazda Atenza.

The first generation of the Nissan Sylphy codenamed G10 or N16 in other markets commenced its production in 2000 and continued up to 2005. From 2005 to 2012, the G11 marked the second generation of the Sylphy. The B17 represented the third generation of the Nissan Sylphy and was produced from 2012 to 2019. The Nissan Sylphy is currently in its fourth generation designated B18.
