2025 Subaru Outback Review
The Subaru Outback continues to stand out as a capable crossover that blends station wagon practicality with SUV toughness, making it a strong choice for Kenyan roads. The Outback shares its foundation with the Subaru Legacy, but features higher ground clearance, rugged styling, and more versatile capability. Still classified as an SUV, the Outback maintains its wagon-like profile, which gives it a unique identity compared to more traditional crossovers. Its balanced design makes it ideal for both urban driving and rough terrain, something that resonates well with drivers who deal with mixed road conditions. In Kenya, the Outback has built a reputation for reliability, safety, and all-weather capability, with some units also seen in government and institutional use due to their durability. It competes with models like the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, Mazda CX-5, Ford Escape, Hyundai Tucson, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Nissan Rogue, and Chevrolet Equinox.
