The Toyota Carina was a mid-sized saloon that was in production from 1970 to 2001. It was in production for 7 generations until it was replaced by the Toyota Allion. The 7th generation that was in production from 1996 to 2001 was the most popular model in the Kenyan market and it still remains in circulation to date. It comes with a wide range  of petrol and diesel engines that range from 1.5-Litre to 2.2-Litre. A choice of both automatic and manual transmissions is offered and available in either 2WD or 4WD.
