The Toyota RunX also known as the Toyota Corolla RunX is a hatchback that was in production from 2001 to 2006. It is the same as the Toyota Allex and the only difference is in the name. It was at one time a very popular car in the Kenyan market and was high target for thieves.

It comes with three engine choices; a 1.5-Litre 1NZ-FE engine, a 1.8-Litre 1ZZ-FE engine and a 1.8-Litre 2ZZ-FE engine. These are linked to either a 4-Speed Automatic Transmission or a 6-Speed Manual Transmission and available in both 2WD and 4WD.
