2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Review

The Mitsubishi Outlander is a hidden gem that is overlooked in the Kenyan market for Toyota Harrier and the Honda CRV. Since introduction in early 2000's the Outlander has gone through several changes and is a good option for buyers who don't want to or have a lot to spend on a SUV. The Mitsubishi Outlander's 7-seater capability makes it a great choice for families or anyone in need of a spacious vehicle that can handle a variety of road conditions. It competes with the Toyota Harrier, Nissan X-Trail, Toyota Vanguard, Toyota Rav4, Mazda CX-5, Honda CRV and Subaru Forester.

The Outlander also has a low center of gravity, which contributes to its stability and handling.

However, some owners have noted that Outlander’s steering is a bit vague and lacks feedback, which can make it feel disconnected from the road. The braking performance has also been criticized for being somewhat average.

If you frequently go off-road, Outlander’s all-wheel-drive system has selectable modes that provide a bit more capability on different driving conditions.
