The Toyota Voxy was introduced to the Japanese market in late 2001 and is currently in the fourth generation. It was developed from the popular Toyota TownAce/LiteAce platform and is largely the same as the Toyota Noah. The 2016 Toyota Voxy falls under the third generation that was in production from 2014 to 2022.

The 2017 Toyota Voxy comes with 2 engine options there are the 2.0-liter 3ZR-FAE engine and the 1.8-liter 2ZR-FAE engine which is used in hybrid models. The 2.0-L engine is connected to an automatic CVT transmission and comes in both 2WD and 4WD options.

2017 Toyota Voxy Grades

1. 2017 Toyota Voxy X- This is the base model that comes with basic features such as 16-inch steel wheels, manual sliding doors, power windows, power steering, central locking, air conditioning, an audio system with USB and Bluetooth connectivity, and a rearview camera.
2. 2017 Toyota Voxy C-Package – This grade comes with 16-inch Aluminum Wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, Smart Entry and Start System, automatic climate control, a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, Multi-function Steering Wheel with Audio and Telephone Controls, and a rearview camera.
3. 2017 Toyota Voxy V- The V grade comes with Automatic LED headlights, an auto sliding door, a smart key system, a push-button start, fog lights, a rear spoiler, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
4. 2017 Toyota Voxy Z- This is the highest variant that comes with features such as a panoramic sunroof, leather seats, Power-adjustable driver’s seat with lumbar support, Dual-zone automatic climate control,  and LED headlights. It also has additional safety features such as a pre-crash safety system, a lane departure alert, and automatic high beams.

Interior, Legroom & Space

The 2017 Toyota Voxy has a spacious cabin that is designed to accommodate up to 8 passengers and it does so quite well. At the first row, the seats are comfortable and offer a supportive seating position, with enough legroom and headroom to accommodate taller drivers and passengers. The second-row seats are also quite spacious, with plenty of legroom for adults to stretch out. The third-row seats are a bit tighter, but they still offer enough space for kids or smaller adults to ride comfortably.

The cabin also has modern and sophisticated features such as an elegant Panoramic Roof above the cabin space which provides more comfort for the passengers and the driver.

The 2017 Toyota Voxy has several storage compartments that can be used to store items such as smartphones, beverages, goggles, handbags, etc. In the first row, there are 4 cup-holders, door panel storage, a storage shelf below the dashboard, a glovebox, and the center box. For the second row, the only storage is on the front seat jacket pockets. For the third row, there are side pockets and seat jacket pockets.
