The Suzuki Jimny is a mini SUV that bears a close resemblance to the Land Rover Defender and the Mercedes G-Wagon. It has seen worldwide success selling over 2 million units since its release in 1970. - Suzuki SX4
The Suzuki SX4 was developed by a collaborative effort between the Japanese manufacturer Suzuki and Fiat, an Italian car manufacturer. As such, the SX4 comes with the luxuries of a European car and the affordability of a Japanese car. It’s alternatively known as the SX4 S-CROSS and SX4-CROSSOVER in various markets. The Suzuki Wagon R is a small van that has been in production since 1993. It’s one of the spacious microvans in the market which has made it one of the best-selling cars in the Kei car category. Suzuki is really focusing on the small SUVs and going by the Suzuki Ignis, there’s a lot to be excited about. It slots between the Escudo and the Hustler and it’s positioned as the successor to the original Swift. These are cars that are suited for the Kenyan market because of the excellent clearance and off-road capability. - Suzuki Every
The Suzuki Every is the passenger van version of the Suzuki Carry which has been in production since 1961. It was not until 1982 that Suzuki made a clear distinction between the two cars and the Every got its own identity. This was the Suzuki Carry’s seventh generation and the Every’s first generation. Though it made its way into the Kenyan market a few years ago, this van is loved both in Japan and around the world for its large carrying capacity and great fuel economy. - Suzuki Carry Truck
The Suzuki Carry Truck is a small truck that is ideal for carrying light cargo. It was launched in 1961 alongside the van model which is currently known as the Suzuki Every. It offer efficiency and practicability if not better thanks to the 1.5L naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission. This gives the truck a steady performance that can keep up with its intended use of light cargo without much difficulty. - Suzuki Alto
The Suzuki Alto is a small vehicle with an odd shape that’s both loved and hated by many. However, what this car lacks in looks and style, it more than makes up for it in efficiency. It became popular in Kenya due to the demand from taxi-hailing apps such as Uber, Bolt, and Little. It’s great in fuel economy, affordable purchase price and decent carrying capacity which have contributed to its popularity. The Alto hasn’t yet penetrated the mainstream car market in Kenya largely due to allegations of its subpar safety features but this largely affect the Indian built model.
