This market has seen a sharp rise in demand worldwide, particularly in urban areas, where buyers seek the elevated stance and versatility of an SUV without sacrificing the maneuverability of a compact car. Based on the Baleno platform, the Fronx combines coupe-like styling with SUV-inspired toughness, positioning it as an attractive option for young professionals and small families.

The Suzuki Baleno has captured the hearts of many buyers and gained loyalty in Kenya due to its impressive fuel economy, spacious interior, and nimble handling. Produced by the Japanese automaker Suzuki, the Baleno first debuted in 1996 as a replacement for the Suzuki Cultus Crescent. The name "Baleno" is derived from the Italian word for "lightning", which reflects the car's sporty and dynamic design. It competes with the Honda Fit, Toyota Vitz, Volkswagen Polo, Suzuki Swift, Ford Fiesta and Mazda Demio.

Suzuki has built a reputation for producing dependable and distinctive small SUVs over the years. Suzuki decided to enter the field of entry-level saloon automobiles since the automotive industry is continuously changing. One of the saloon cars produced by the giant automobile is the Suzuki Ciaz.

The Suzuki Escudo is a capable off-road vehicle and it's one of the few medium sized SUVs with this capability. Even with it's acclaimed off-road talents and decent on-road manners, the Escudo lags behind its competitors in the Kenyan market such as the Subaru Forester, Mazda CX5, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4 and Nissan X-Trail.

The Suzuki Jimny, the Land Rover Defender, the Mercedes G Wagon and the Jeep Wrangler all have two things in common; they trace their roots to military cars and they appeal to a distinctly masculine clientele. These are cars that awaken a sense of adventure like no other and the Suzuki Jimny stands out amongst these as the only car that offers the same level of off-road capability but at a significantly lower price point. It's a highly modifiable platform that can be fitted with a wide range of accessories which makes it a highly desirable car.
